Mustard Gas
First used in 1917 by the German Army
-The effects of Mustard gas were. Large blisters, swollen or infected eyes, becoming blind. Probably the most painful effect the mustard gas had was on the respitory system the throat was inflamed, and began to bleed, it was hard to breath, and the lungs would bleed, and die. Pneumonia , and Bronchitis were common symptom,s. - Mustard gas didn't kill you right away but it stuck with you for life, and eventually killed you.
How its used There were many ways mustard gas was used, and it was constantly improved the three main ways were - the gas was placed in cylinders -put in artilery shells and shot -gas projector which fired cylinders like a canon
Mustard Gas it evolutionized war, and battle techniques it's effects were terrible
Modern Parellel the closest thing to mustard gas in our time would be chemical weapons
