Organization- tasks are much less stressful when you know what to do, when to do it and where the nessesary materials are Exercise- getting your heart rate over 140 bpm (beats per minute) releases the endorphines created by stress. Checklist-a good way to keep tasks organized and feel accomplished as you work. Venting- sometimes just talking to a friend can calm you and release stress. Sleep- just lying down is a good way to calm your mind and focus. Distract Yourself- it's good to walk away for a while when youi feel overwhelmed and put your work into perspective.
