The DaVinci Code is a story created by Dan Brown using the fact, not fiction, from the artwork of the famous painter Leonardo DaVinci. It was believed that DaVinci was in and underground organization protecting the ultimate historic truth from the world, The Holy Grail.
I highly recommend this book to any fan of history, adventure, mystery, suspense or even action. This is an all-around great book. It shows the awesome codes that DaVinci has put into his paintings and other work to hide The Holy Grail. There are even television shows that are trying to prove that all of these facts do show the truth about religion.
Throughout the story we follow a suspected murderer, Robert Langdon, and Sophie Neveau, both symbol specialist. They try to clear Roberts name as one night Sopie's grandfather is killed for hiding a secret and Robert was going to meet him at the time he was murdered. Sophies grandfather leaves her an encoded message and it leads them accross the sea to fin the ultimate truth in history, The Holy Grail.
Robert and Sophie uncover a box hidden by her grandfather which has an engraving of a rose on the top. There are more than one secrets to this mystery box. Find out in The DaVinci Code.
The symbol for the Priory of Scion. They are the protectors of the religious secrets connected to the church and Leonardo DaVicnci.
