Does Hydrogen Peroxide Make Your Hair Blonder
Victoria's Uncle (Uncle Rob) used hydrogen peroxide the day before he was going to graduate from high school not thinking it would work. He tried. In the next couple of minutes, his hair went from a dark brown to a yellow, not a blonde color, but yellow. He looked like a fool up on stage when he graduated. He shaved his hair all off and waited for it to grow back, and when it did it was back to the normal dark brown. He was happy. And, he'll never ever do it again.

It depends on what your natural hair color is for your hair to turn a certain color, like pink or orange, like this lady's hair.
