As I observed different teachers and teaching styles, it was clear that good teachers varied their methodologies. Withitness, creativity & passion I observed. Frustration, annoyance and helplessness I also observed. The opportunity to reflect on those observed characteristics and their lasting effects was a powerful experience. Building on all my new knowledge, I want to keep putting this puzzle together and watch all of my own puzzle pieces lock in place.
