1920's Automobiles
Cars weren't the biggest deal or accessibility for middle or lower class people. Cars were mainly upper class things. Until the economy rose and Henry ford made things a little easier on middle and lower classes by making affordable cars for less. And ever since this happened more and more people could travel the world and see new exciting things.
From 1 car in the neighborhood to this!

And with more cars on the road more laws had to be put into affect and traffic signs/lights. Instead of just learning how to drive a car you had to go to a drivers learning place (dmv now a days) and learn there and pass tests in order to learn to drive legally.
