Welcome To Disneys' Land!
My Full Name Is Jose Luis Girao. I Was Born In Almeria, Spain, On December 5, 1901. I Moved To America To Chicago, Illinois, In 1917. When I Was Of A Young Age, My Biological Parents Passed Away, And I Was Quickly Adopted By Elias Disney, Therefore Changing My Name To Walter Elias Disney. In My Adulthood, I Attended The Academy Of Fine Arts, Where I Started My Career As A Cartoonist Making Animated Film Advertisements. In 1928, I Created The Lovable Character "Mickey Mouse" Who Starred In The Silent Films "Plane Crazy", And "Steamboat Willie". The Films Were Almost Instantly Successful, So I Decided To Create Movies With Sound, Using My Voice For Mickey Mouse. Along With Him, I Created Such Characters As Donald Duck, Goofy, Minnie Mouse, And Pluto. The First Feature Film I Produced Was In 1938, Titled, "Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs". After Numerous Ideas And Successes, I Decided To Create "Disneyland", A Theme Park That Was Built In Anaheim, California In 1955. It Celebrated America's Hometowns And Smalltown Values. Many Tourists And Supporters Encouraged The Philosophy Of Making People Of Every Age And Size Smile, And Have A Child-like Essence Engraved In Their Spirits And Hearts. My Legacy Carries On Even Today...
