Randy Pausch
Randy Pausch Randy has pancreatic cancer. Only about 5% of people who get pancreatic cancer can live for five years after they have been diagnosed. The doctors told Randy that he would be lucky to live to the end of this year.
Randy is famous for the speech he gave at carnige mellon with the last lecture series. It's if you had to give your last lecture to your class what would you lecture on? For Randy this was real, he decided to give his speech on his childhood dreams and about how much stuff you can achieve if you set your mind to hit. Randy also emphasizes the importance of family values and to put people and their feelings over the materialistic things. If you ask me Randy Pausch is a very inspriational man.
