Daleks!
Daleks are mutations in a mobile armor. A deranged dude named Davros created these mutations in order to create his own empire. He took away emotions from his makeshift soldiors So they were driven only by death, destruction, and fear. Daleks appear quite alot in the BBC show of Doctor Who.
