I'm finally nineteen, yay! Today was fun. As we tried to leave the house Rocco tried to jump out with us and got into a fight with our feet. Eventually I picked him up and tossed him back inside as I stepped out and closed the door behind me. But he had Pig and Lucky to keep him company. Hope took me on birthday shopping spree. We had lunch at a cute little diner and my brother's old girlfriend came in and wished me a happy birthday. I got some DVD's, new clothes and accessories. All together it cost about $500 and I had to say I wouldn't ask for anything for a while. I also bought myself a flask. It's a very pretty flask, light blue and black with little birds on it. It's not illegal to own a flask, it's illegal to drink alcohol if you're under twenty one. Of course I'm not going to put any alcohol in it, least not while I'm in America. Then we went to the Pinz bowling alley. Lauren arrived about 30 minutes later. Unfortunately on the first ball Hope slipped and hurt her back and bruised her elbow. We later learned the lanes had been "cheaply oiled." So Lauren and I alternated between turns on Hope's turn. We had fun. We bowled two games, Mom joined in the next game. The second game Lauren put her name as "Agatha Christie" and I put mine as "Jane Doe", and Mom put hers as "Thunder." Then I went to Jerry's Famous Deli to buy some black and white cookies. After bowling we went to Benihana for dinner. It's great because it's dinner and a show rolled together. I had steamed rice, grilled shrimp, grilled lobster, and filet mingon. It was good. Didn't eat my veggies because I don't like grilled veggies. Lauren got me "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" on DVD, she tried to throw me off but I knew she'd gotten it for me. Then we went home and the puppies gave me lots of birthday kisses, and I stayed up late. It would have been even nicer if Cullen had come. We'd have put his name on the Bowling score sheet as EGG.
