The automobile industry of the 1920s was led by Henry Ford & the Ford Motor Company.
The end of World War I & the return of the soldiers was one large contributing factor to the 1920 Automobile Industry. The Automobile Industry of the 1920s greatly affectd America's lifestyle & economy. Without the production of automobiles, the world would be a much different place.
By 1920, there were 7.5 million cars & trucks in the United States.
The automobile industry had firmly been established by the late 1920s & it was the newest & most popular method of road transportation

Most of the carmakers from the 1920s no longer exist such as the Cole, Crow, Dixie, Davis, Overland, Pilot & many more. They are only seen in vintage cars shows today.
Many of the paint & color schemes were based on English horse-drawn coach livery.
