Business Woman!
College (2014-2019) Another goal will be to go to college. I want to get into a good college and not just a community college. I want to be prepared to take the SAT, and get into the college of my dreams. I want to succeed in College, and go through it in a breeze. Some issues again might be the fact that I am Hispanic and I do not have the most money. I can overcome these obstacles by so working hard that I will get a scholarship and show that I am the best match for their school
JOB (2020 and beyond) I want to become a business woman; this will be accomplished by my hard work. All of the things above are how I will get to be a business woman. I want to be good at what I do, like what I do, and get a lot of money while doing this!
Strong relationship with others ( 2010 2014) When I make enough relationship I want to learn to make them strong. I know it happens naturally, but there may be many obstacles to block that from occurring. One of the biggest obstacles can be myself. I will have to learn to keep my patience and know that not everyone is like me.
Find the right group of friends (2010- 2014) My mom always told me that your best friends are always your family; I know this is true, but I want to find friends so that I have support. I want to find the right group of people that will not get me into trouble, and will love me for who I am. I do not want to be judged and I want to be supported by all the decisions I make by people out of my family. Some obstacles might include people who act kind in my face and talk rudely behind my back. I can overcome this obstacle by noticing who is real and who is not, and when they hurt me move on, and make new friends. I will keep making friends until I find the right one who will support me and love me for who I am.
Getting into the right High School (2009- 2010) I will achieve this goal by studying hard here at Mother Caroline. Try the best that I can on the SSAT, maintain a positive attitude throughout the application process. Find a way that will successfully help me maintain my stress level lowly. While I am at the high school I will have to deal with the issue of race and economy. I will look different and be in different economic classes than most of the other students. I will overcome this obstacle if anyone has a problem with it, by being proud of where I come from. Ignore the rude and hurtful things some people might say and move on. I know that everything that I have gone through has made me stronger, and I want to be successful so I would keep working to reach my goal.
Maintain my high grades (2010- 2014) I know that in high school I am going to get a lot more work, and I am going to be challenged in many different ways. I am planning to stay motivated no matter how much work is brought my way. If I have any problems I am going to ask for help, and I am going to keep trying. I am not going to give up until I have an A on my paper.
Travel around the world (2021 and after) When I am a business woman I want to travel the world. I want to see others culture, and see everything all the countries have to offer. Some obstacles might obviously be money and my job.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
