The products in salad are usually tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and onions, all these products include many healthy nutrition’s. the sun helps vegetables grow by giving energy as well as carbon dioxide, which is found in the process of photosynthesis. Water also helps plants grow then the time comes when we harvest them and eat them.
1: The sun is the main energy source of plants and foods come from plant. For example, tomatoes are grown and contain many proteins. Everyday of our lives we digest food that has been grown or has products that are grown due to help of sun.

The small intestine completes chemical digestion, starch digestion, fats digestion, carbohydrate digestion as well as food molecule absorption. The pancreas and liver contributes digestive juice through ducts.
