The Revealing Secret of Penelopes && Odysseus Love
1) Plot - Odysseus has to tell Penelope their secret. When Penelope tells Odysseus he can stay but he has to move the bed out in the hall, Odysseus say's ''you can't the bed is carved into the tree'' than Penelope new it was Odysseus.
3) Climax- When Odysseus tells Penelope their secret of their bed and what it symbolizes.

2) Characterization- Penelope is not easily tricked and very strong just like Odysseus isn’t easily tricked and is very strong.
Epithet- Odysseus calls Penelope changed woman and silent woman.. Penelope calls him strange man.
Epic Simile- Now from his breast into his eyes the ache of longing mounted, and he wept at last he dear wife, clear and faithful, in his arms, longed for as the sun warmed earth is longed for by a swimmer.
Epic Similes- Think of gold infused on silver by a craftsman, whose fine art Hephaestus taught him or Athena- one whose work moves to delight: just so she lavished beauty over Odysseus head and shoulders.
Odysseus is an epic hero because he passed Penelope's test by telling the secret. After 20 years he can finally reunite with his wife Penelope and his son Telemachus.
