Lady Zilla part 1
Most people believe Godzilla isn't real. That he's only a movie monster from Japanese movie. But i know he's not. How do i know? I've seen his bride. My friend, Shinzo, and i were going to a freak fair. We'd both read the Cirque du Freak series and were over excited that a real freak show was coming to our nieghbor hood. I got even more excited when we had to sneak out to see the show! We arrived a little late becasue Shinzo crashed his bike into a ditch, but we didn't miss much. It was different from the books, but i thought it was great. Before the show ended, the ringmaster made an announcment...
He said, "Ladies and Gentlemen...please don't leave yet. I have a special new guest joining us tonight. " Shinzo and i decided to stay and see what freak they had next. the ringmaster took hold of a rope and called to the audience, "tonight i bring forth from the depths of the sea, the queen of terror , the domestic goddess of your worst dreams... i give you... Lady Zilla!" he pulled on the rope and the curtain flew up. Shinzo nearly stood up in his seat. me and three other girls let out an ear peircing scream. There was a woman, completely surounded by flames, trapped in a cage. "Someone do something!" A man behind us yelled. "She'll be burned alive!" Shouted a teenage girl across the room. "if she was human..." the ringmaster replied with a grin. The flames died down. The woman rose to her feet. She was covered from head to feet in blackish-green skin. A tail was now visible from behind and shimmering blue scales were sticking out from behind her back. her hair and face were gone. Replaced by a grucome aligator neck and a snout. her ears pointed back and bright yellow fangs . What really brought me the most fear, however, were her eyes. Bright sky blue, like a light peeking out from behind a dark curtain. it was then i knew, the legend was true. She was living proof.....
